Ashlee Bolt, NP 

Ashlee Bolt is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner for children, adolescents, and adults. She received her undergraduate degree from Boise State University and her Master of Science degree from the University of South Alabama.

 

Her psychiatric experience includes treating patients in inpatient, outpatient, and crisis stabilization settings.  She also has extensive experience working at the largest psychiatric hospital in southern California.

 

Ashlee has a strong belief in mind-body wellness and creates personalized treatment plans that combine pharmacotherapy, individual therapy, and alternative approaches.  She values quality care and is committed to working alongside patients and families to achieve positive outcomes.

NOTE: Ashlee is fully licensed and has her own private practice. She is not employed by Dr. Samadi.

30-min medication follow up $150

Hourly rate $300
